How Google measure's a site's credibility and subject matter expertise; an increase in domain authority tends to parallel a traffic increase.

The Challenge

When Maya and Digitally Enhanced crossed paths, Maya was already a powerhouse who created a successful business and served exceptionally busy women in the Chicago market.

That said, she knew she could do more. She could help more women achieve their health and weight loss goals they deeply desired...if only they could find her.

During our first conversations about Maya's business goals, it was evident that her first steps needed to be a solid SEO (search engine optimization) plan bolstered by a cross-channel content plan.

Maya's needs were multifaceted. Her ideal clients were already strapped for time so getting them to stop and set up a discovery call was an uphill battle.

The Solution

Digitally Enhanced immediately ran diagnostics to understand the business' baseline and set goals.

From there, we devised a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase her search page ranking, boost domain authority, generate more traffic to the website and ultimately achieve her growth and revenue goals.

To support those efforts, we also crafted and executed a content strategy that proved her expertise.

Not only did Maya see results during a move and a pandemic, but noticing that four years later, some of those SEO blog posts were some of her biggest site traffic drivers, she returned to reinstate the program and help catalyze her new goals.

Created a cross-channel supported email program consisting of promo emails, an enhanced site experience with trigger emails, strategic site pop-ups and Google ads. 

When looking at just the weekly promotional emails, the program generated more than $880K within the holiday season.

We increased the average order value (AOV) by 39% from before Digitally Enhanced ran the email program.

The Challenge

The holiday season was always Dinkel's time to shine. Stollen, in particular, was what leveraged to differentiate themselves from the competition. 

While they made incredible baked goods, they needed a team that could truly understand their business, create a full-funnel approach, and drive the business forward. 

We started the program by assessing their existing work, understanding what worked and creating a clear path to capitalize on their opportunities.

It started by revitalizing their eCommerce site so they were prepared for both in-bakery traffic as well as holiday mail orders. On-site, we leveraged intentional, strategic pop-ups and trigger emails (e..g cart abandonment). 

For the promotional emails, we dug through their existing list segment it by likelihood to shop and created segment-specific emails and incentives. 

And lastly, we also ran Google ads to reach new audiences and encouraged them to buy by signing up for our email list and receiving a first-time shopper coupon.
