The Challenge

Having built their initial success on loyal clientele, Hill Family knew that people wanted what they had to offer, but what they needed support was expanding into a newer audience.

Since they had already worked with Digitally Enhanced to create their gorgeous branding and website, it was a no brainer when it came time to think of a partner to help them enter their next growth phase.

We determined we needed a program that allowed us to find our target audience quickly and effectively in a pretty saturated market.

The Solution

Determined to stand out against competitors as close as 4 blocks away, the holiday season, and (unknowingly) an upcoming dog epidemic, we decided that Google ads would give us the quickest, most impactful results.

Some of the biggest drivers were our ability to hyper target, which we did via zip code & household income, while creating a full-funnel ads program.

Immediately, we determined which services to focus on based on both the immediate and long-term business impact, and created the corresponding landing pages and ad assets.

The Results

The biggest transformation we saw was how our ads were impacting overall visibility on Google My Business (local search). When looking at the GMB results during the pilot phase of the program, we increased how often we showed up on Google’s desktop maps by more than 2,000%, increased mobile search impressions by more than 110% and generated more than 1,000 calls about our services.

Additionally, because we started to get really granular in our targeting, we helped find Hill Family’s dream clients and they even shared an anecdote about one client who booked a nearly $2K package and tipped everyone $100 bills.
